About Us

Ufuktek Technopark was established in 2008 in Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir under Law No. 4691 on Technology Development Zones. The zone's management company works in partnership with the university, the chamber of industry and the development agency; its purpose is to provide a suitable environment for companies that turn academic knowledge into commercial products and exports.

Ufuktek today

Across eight campuses there are 186 active companies and more than 4,350 R&D, software and design employees. Half of the companies work in software and IT, 18 per cent in defence and aerospace, 12 per cent in health and life sciences, and the rest in energy, agriculture, electronics and machine automation. Ninety-two of the companies export.

Our management approach

We see our relationship with companies not as a landlord-tenant relationship but as a partnership in growth. Each company is assigned a dedicated relationship manager; annual R&D activity reports, staff lists and tax exemption documents are prepared under this manager's coordination. Our annual activity report and audit results are published openly.
