Ufuktek's eight campuses contain spaces of different sizes and specifications. Depending on team size, companies can move from single-room ready offices of 20 m² to large R&D floors of up to 1,200 m²; a growing company has priority for space on the same campus.

What is included
Fibre internet, 24/7 security and card access, cleaning, a shared kitchen, a monthly quota of meeting hall use and parking are included in the rent. Electricity and water consumption are billed by meter.
