Yes, you can apply to the Girişim Evi incubation programme as an individual entrepreneur. It is enough to establish your company in the zone during the programme.

No. To benefit from the advantages, the R&D or software activity must be approved by the zone management, staff must work in the zone and monthly notifications must be made on time. Your relationship manager will guide you through the process.

No. The exemptions apply to software and R&D activities carried out within the zone boundaries. Activities outside the zone and sales and marketing staff are outside the scope.

It is 1+1 years for ready offices, 3-5 years for large R&D floors and a maximum of 2 years for prototype workshops. Growing companies receive priority for space on the same campus.

Equipment is reserved from an online calendar. Trained users operate the equipment themselves and others work with a laboratory technician. Zone companies pay about half the market price.

You can leave during or at the end of the contract term. Exemptions end from the date you leave. For ongoing grant projects we recommend checking the terms of the institution concerned.

Yes. Companies with foreign partners or foreign capital can also apply; the only requirement is that the R&D activity is carried out in the zone and the required documents are submitted.
