As Ufuktek Technology Development Zone Management Inc. we are the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. This notice concerns personal data processed through application, contact and event registration forms.
Data processed and purposes
Name, title, company details, contact details and information contained in project files are processed for application evaluation, contract management, event organisation and compliance with legal obligations. Trade secrets in project files are shared only with the scientific advisory board members taking part in the evaluation, under a confidentiality undertaking.
Transfer and retention
Your data may be transferred, to a limited extent, to the relevant ministry and public bodies as required by legislation, to event suppliers and to the IT infrastructure providers we use. Application files are retained for five years after the application is concluded.
