Block B – Large R&D Floors

Block B offers high-ceilinged floors with wide column spacing that can be partitioned flexibly for growing R&D teams of more than 20 people. Entrance, signage and corporate interiors can be tailored to the company's identity.

Technical infrastructure

• Raised floors and cable ducts on every floor; 150 mm system ceiling
• Dual-line fibre connection and a back-up generator
• Eight VRF air-conditioning units per floor, individually controlled
• Fire detection, suppression and escape stairs compliant with regulations

Companies can divide the space they lease according to their needs; technical approval from the zone management is obtained for renovation design and works. The minimum lease term is three years; in five-year contracts the rent increase is at a fixed rate.

Rental information

Of the 12,400 m² of total space, 2,150 m² is currently vacant (83% occupancy). Unit rent is 620 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. You can use the request form or call the zone management to discuss space.
