Block C – Laboratory and Test Centre

Block C is a building with laboratory-class infrastructure designed for materials, electronics and biotechnology companies. Chemical benches, fume cupboards, purified water and compressed air lines are ready.

The building is operated in line with environmental regulations with a waste management plan and a chemical storage area. Before moving in, a conformity opinion from the zone management and the fire brigade is obtained for your type of activity. Shared equipment is rented by the hour.

Rental information

The 4,200 m² of space is currently fully occupied. Unit rent is at about 900 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. Modules that become vacant are offered in turn to companies on the waiting list; you can request a meeting to join the list.
