Health and Biotechnology Campus

The Health and Biotechnology Campus is being built specifically for medical device, biotechnology and digital health companies. The building will have GMP-compatible clean room modules, a clinical research unit and laboratory floors for in vitro work other than animal experiments.

Planned features

• Clean room modules for ISO 13485-compatible production
• A clinical research unit linked to the university hospital
• Cold rooms, a -80 °C freezer room and an uninterruptible power system
• An ethics committee and regulatory consulting unit

The campus will open at the end of the year; companies joining the pre-registration list get priority in space selection. You can use the application form for pre-registration.

Rental information

The whole of the 5,600 m² of space will be allocated to companies on the pre-registration list. The planned unit rent is about 850 TRY per m² per month; service charge and VAT are calculated separately. To pre-register you can use the application form or call the zone management.
